Hi! I’m Ashten Rae Crutcher—an autistic author with ADHD, a preschool gymnastics coach, and a lifelong learner.

I created the Monster Color Feeling Books to help children identify their feelings and build confidence using the power of color, kindness, and simple tools. As someone who knows what it feels like to be different, I understand how important it is for kids to feel seen, heard, and accepted. Every child’s feelings are valid, and my mission is to make it easier for them to understand and express what they feel—no matter what makes them unique.
